Nature of Services

The Activation Room provides consulting, coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP, and somatic-regulation services. These services are educational and transformational in nature. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on your participation, circumstances, and follow-through.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase services for yourself. Services for adolescents and teens must be arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.

Booking, Payment, and Pricing

Fees are stated at the time of booking and are due in advance unless a written payment arrangement has been made. Multi-week protocols are purchased as a complete container, not as individual sessions.

Community membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period.

Refunds

Because protocols reserve dedicated time and preparation, fees for booked sessions and started protocols are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. If you are experiencing a crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, seek immediate help from emergency services or a licensed provider.

You agree to disclose any relevant medical or mental-health conditions that may affect the suitability of the work.

Community Conduct

Members agree to keep other participants' shares confidential, to engage respectfully, and to refrain from soliciting, harassing, or recording other members. We may remove members who violate these standards.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, recordings, worksheets, and written materials remain the property of The Activation Room and are licensed to you for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or taught as your own.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Activation Room's liability arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
