Accessibility Statement
Last updated · August 2026
The Activation Room is committed to making this website and our sessions usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes semantic structure, keyboard navigability, meaningful alternative text, sufficient color contrast, and content that scales with browser zoom and text resizing.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is treated as continuous work rather than a one-time audit. As we add pages, media, and interactive features, we review them for keyboard access, screen-reader clarity, and contrast.
Some third-party components — such as embedded video, scheduling, or payment tools — are outside our direct control. Where we identify barriers in those tools, we look for accessible alternatives.
Session Accommodations
Sessions can be adapted to your needs. We can provide extended session pacing, written summaries, captioned or transcribed recordings where available, and alternatives to visual or movement-based exercises.
If an accommodation would help you participate fully, tell us before your session and we will arrange what we can.
Reporting a Barrier
If you encounter part of this site you cannot use, please contact us through the contact form with the page address and a short description of the problem. We will respond and work to provide the information or function in another way.
